Holbein Watercolors' Ad Series

The goal of this ad series for Holbein Watercolors’ was to show the versatility of a single color and inspire creatives to go out and make something. To make these ads, I photographed the products and used the actual watercolor paint to create the background patterns. I love when I can include more traditional art forms in my digital work. I wanted this ad series to show the quality and versatility of Holbein Watercolors through real examples of illustrations made with the paint.

Lynn’s Of Madison Brochure

Lynn’s Of Madison is a local art supply store in the Madison area, and I'm a frequent shopper there. I appreciate their wide selection of high-quality art supplies. Inspired by the store and its dedicated employees, I set out to create a brochure that captures their essence. Through collaging various illustrative assets, I aimed to show the variety of customers they can assist. I also incorporated numerous textural elements to add a handcrafted feel to the brochure.

Janet's Antiques Website

The goal of this project was to create a webpage for Janet’s Antiques that encompassed their core values and represented what they are all about. I was heavily inspired by old newspaper designs and layouts and wanted their website to reflect how dedicated they have been to sourcing and selling antiques for over 40 years. The font choices and image treatments were meant to give it a vintage established feel.

Barriques

Barriques is a local coffee shop in the Madison area that specializes in both coffee and wine. What sets them apart is the unique community they've built around their coffee shops. Each booth, table, counter, and shelf has been meticulously handcrafted. For their coffee packaging, I incorporated a warm color palette to symbolize the welcoming nature of the community they've built. Additionally, I introduced a textural brush stroke design to evoke a hand-crafted and rustic feel. This project extended to include shirt and camper mug designs, available for purchase at your local Barriques store.
