Katya Grushyna

Graphic Design & Illustration

Hello, I am Katya and it’s nice to meet you! A little about me… I loved art and specially design since I was a little girl and always wanted to be part of that world. After moving to United States from Ukraine, I was exposed to so many different design opportunities and I chose graphic design as my educational path. I am very excited to have opportunities to be creative. In past two years I have been successfully redesigning residential properties and learned many skills along the way. I feel those skills will help me be part of this amazing creative world. As a graduate from Graphic Design program, I am just excited to get out there create and show my skills!

Wired Smoke

The goal of this piece was to create a new flavor and package for Lavazza Coffee. I have chosen “Wired Smoke” as my flavor and wanted to convey that soft, smoky feeling through the color and type choices and illustration imagery in my package design.

The World Needs More FUnk

The goal of this of this piece is to rebrand the recording studio “Oakhill Studios”. After looking at their website, I just wanted to add a little more funk to their brand. I love music, just like I feel majority of people do, so I wanted to give a fun and colorful twist to this brand. I re-created the logo, website and created few pieces of apparel to give the rebranding a funky and welcoming feel.
