Creativity has always been a part of my life; I’ve been drawing since I learned how to pick up a pencil. Pursuing art as a career was always the goal. I’m inspired by a lot of different things. I look towards my fellow creators in awe at what they create. And it encourages me to keep creating as well. I feel my strongest points are my illustrative skills and digital photo collages, I love layout design and composition, and I strive to never stop improving no matter the skill. I will be leaving MATC with an associate degree, the skills that I’ve learned, and will continue to refine, and the goal of finding a full-time job.

Plant Sticker Sheet

The goal of this project was to design a cohesive set of stickers. I illustrated these using brush pens and digital color using consistent line quality and limited color to unify the separate character elements while giving them a unique sense of identity.

Rooted Brochure (Flourish)

Rooted is an online plant business where you can purchase all sorts of wonderful plants. This brochure was made with the idea that, just like plants, people flourish and grow every day. Through digital collage and colorful brush work I wanted to create a lush and playful feel for this brochure which would delight the senses and attract new customers.

Madison Sourdough Instagram Campaign

Madison Sourdough offers a custom cake service which is a fan favorite of much of Madison’s local food community. I created an imagined Instagram story to engage social media followers to play a role in deciding a new cake flavor to supply. Using rounded, retro warmth type and soft pastels, I wanted to create the joyful feel of celebration that these cakes provide.
